SHIPPING

Your artwork, whether framed or unframed wil be handled with as much care as posible, and wil be shiped to you safely and securely, well wrapped and protected. Matted prints will be shipped in envelopes, wrapped in bubble wrap and surrounded by hard board. Framed prints ship in a reinforced box, wrapped in bubble wrap, and well surrounded with packing material to prevent shaking and damage during shipment.

For domestic orders we normally ship via DHL Ground because we have found them to be the most cost effective for our customers.  The transit time varies with your zone and normally will range from 2 to 7 busines days.    For international shipments please contact our customer support at support@VintageViews.com.  For faster shipping we will ship via DHL Express.  Each print is made to order and we normally will ship all items within 5 business days from the time your order is received.  We will contact you if an item is backordered and you will be notified when item is shipped.    

Shipping charges are based on actual weights of the individual order and the zone your order is shipping to.  When you submit your order, the shipping will be calculated before the order is finalized so you can check the shipping charge prior to authoring payment. Insurance is also available for $1.50 and wil insure your package up to $100.00.

VintageViewsUSA is committed to quality products and your satisfaction is guaranteed.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive either a replacement or a full refund for the price of your artwork.  Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

If it is necessary to return merchandise for an exchange or refund please:
     1. Return in original package
     2. Enclose a brief not specifing the reason for the exchange/refund
