Does Heintz really have 57 varieties??
This vintage art shows United Service Grocers on North Beverwyck Road in Lake Hiawatha/ Parsippany in 1930. Note that Heintz had 57 varieties even back then, that Breyers was maiking ice cream and Wonder was making bread. Could it really be that milk was 23cents for 4 quarts? This building still stands today, it was an italian deli for many years and most recently a candy store.
