Home of the Amazins.
Art print of Shea Stadium, home to the New York Mets. The stadium is still in use through the 2008 season and will be replaced with a new stadium currently being built and will be open for the 2009 season. The new stadium will be called Citi Park and is being buildt in collaboration between the New York Mets and Citi Bank. The exterior stone and mortar work is said to resemble the facade of Ebbet's Field , the old home of the Brooklyn Dodgers.
