Watching over New York State.
Pencil sketch artist Joe Orsag brings us the Montauk Point Lighthouse at the eastern end of Long Island, New York. First authorized by George Washington in 1792, it was completed as the first lighthouse in New York State in 1796. It is still sending out signals and is the fourth oldest working lighthouse in the United States.
