This vintage image depicts the Main Street of Blairstown, NJ circa 1932. Blairstown Township is a quaint, rural community, located in the northwest corner of Warren County, in the shadow of the Delaware Water Gap. It was named after its most famous citizen and benefactor, railroad tycoon John Blair. Mr. Blair was also responsible for the establishment of Blair Academy, the well known and respected boarding school.
