This vintage print displays the sign which hung over the historic, and always popular, Clam Broth House in Hoboken. The restaurant served all from departing WWI servicemen, to longshoremen, to celebrities and commuters from the nearby train station. The original restaurant was in operation from 1899 to 2003 when part of the front facade buckled and the building had to be razed. A new structure is being built and the famous neon sign will hang once more.
